Hydraulic power station
The hydraulic station is composed of a pump unit, an integrated block or valve combination, a fuel tank, an electrical box, and an accumulator.
· Pump device: equipped with motor and oil pump, it is the power source of the hydraulic station and converts the mechanical energy into the pressure energy of hydraulic oil.
· Integrated block: assembled by hydraulic valve and channel body. The direction, pressure and flow of hydraulic oil are adjusted.
· Valve combination: the plate valve is installed on the vertical plate, and the tube behind the plate is connected, which has the same function as the integrated block.
· Oil tank: semi-closed plate welded container, also equipped with oil filter screen, air filter, etc., for oil storage, oil cooling and filtration.

· Accumulator: a device that stores energy.
Working principle of hydraulic station: The motor drives the oil pump to rotate, and the pump absorbs oil from the oil tank to supply oil, converting the mechanical energy into the pressure energy of the hydraulic station. The hydraulic oil realizes the direction, pressure and flow adjustment through the integrated block (or valve combination), and then passes through the external pipeline to the hydraulic machine cylinder or the oil motor, thus controlling the direction change of the hydraulic motor, the size of the force and the speed.
