The process from product to delivery(Customer Service Guidance):
1. Customers offer 3D drawings and related information of the molds and plastics.
2. We quote the mold charge & unit price of plastics accordingly within quickly.
3. Customers review the quotes.
4. Customers place the order to us.
5. We design and create mold based on the drawings approved by customers.
6. Send T1 samples to customers to get their approval and to see if there would be any slightly modification before mass production.
7. Arrange mass production at once and complete it within the leading time.
8. Deliver the merchandize by sea or by air on time as per the request of customers
Q: Does your company make mould by yourself?
A: Yes, we are manufacturer with about 20 years of molding experience.
Q: How many kinds of moulds can you make? Only make the moulds?
A: We can make injection mold.
Q:What's the software you will use to check the drawing? And what's format of drawing you can check?
A: Our designers and engineers all use AUTO CAD and software to check 2D and 3D drawings. We can check the drawings with PDF, AI, DWG(CAD) and STP(3D) formats.
Q: Will you send me the free sample?
A: Yes, but you should charge the freight by yourself. We can return the fee if you place a bulk order.
Q: How to pack the moulds and products?
A: For months, we will be coated one-layer anti-rust oil first, and then also will be thin films on the mould, finally pack into non-fumigation wooden case. And as to products, we will pack into stander export cartons or as per customer's requset to pack.
